Christian Service/Youth Ministry

As part of our mission, Divine Child High School is dedicated to developing youth who pursue lives of responsibility, leadership, and faith in action. Our Christian Service Program stresses service not only to the school but to the greater community as well. Each student is required to participate in a minimum of ten hours of Christian Service per academic year but many of them go well beyond this requirement. Volunteering in various capacities with over fifty local charitable organizations (partial list below), our students provide over 15,000 hours of service to the community each year.

Christian Service Description

The Divine Child High School Youth Ministry offers opportunities to foster personal faith growth for all parish teens in grades 9-12. Through community service projects, participation in large teen gatherings, such as the CYO Rainbow Conference, Steubenville Youth Conference, and social events, our Divine Child parish youth explore their relationship with the Lord in a fun, exciting way while living out their faith as disciples of Christ.
