Retreats

Every student at Divine Child is afforded the privilege of spending a day on retreat. This is in keeping with our mission statement of providing students opportunities for spiritual growth.

• Seniors: The theme of the senior retreat is trust in God, let go of your fears. The retreat is held at the University of Michigan, Dearborn, run by the Operation Adventure staff who use this resource as a means of letting go of fears and trusting in God.
• Juniors & Sophomores: The theme of the Junior and Sophomore retreats is making faith a living and vibrant part of their lives.
• Freshmen: The theme is on self-identify issues; living and being our authentic selves and taking off the mask of who we are not.
